Paul is a registered psychologist of 25 years, with his degree from Monash University.  He is an endorsed organisational psychologist and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the APS College of Organisational Psychologists.  Paul works with adults who are struggling with a range of life and work issues and are looking to find a greater sense of peace and happiness. Paul can relate to people from all walks of life and shows genuine interest and compassion in everyone’s story.  Paul has great empathy and an ability to identify the issues that are at the core of someone’s stress and distress.

Paul works with clients seeking short and long-term therapy.  He helps clients examine their thinking and emotional responses, long held beliefs and past experiences to make sense of what the stress and/or distress they are currently feeling.  Paul uses a range of methodologies to create a tailored approach to each client and focuses on measuring and achieving outcomes.  Paul works with adults seeking help with:
