Dr Ashley Dunne is a registered clinical and forensic psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She has a wide range of clinical experience, having practised in hospital, community, and forensic mental health services and private practice settings. Ashley brings a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach to sessions to help her clients better understand themselves in relation to challenging life circumstances and significant past events and experiences. She works collaboratively with her clients and strives to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore difficult thoughts and emotions, reinforce their inner strengths, and build a meaningful and satisfying life.
Ashley draws upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy. Ashley currently accepts referrals to work with individuals aged 18 years and over.
