Kerry brings 30 years clinical experience, alongside her background in neuropsychology to the therapeutic realm where she draws on techniques from EMDR, IFS, CBT and Schema Therapy in ways that maximize individual cognitive strengths and weaknesses to enhance meaningful change. She enjoys a warm therapeutic connection with clients across all life stages as they navigate the mindset and emotional shifts necessary for mental health recovery and personal growth.
She is passionate about treating and rescripting trauma and unmet emotional needs at the cognitive, emotional and body levels, as well as supporting clients to develop a healthy sense of self and boundaries to facilitatesmeaningful connections in all areas of life. She prioritises a symptomatic treatment approach before embarking on diagnostic work to help sdifferentiate between neurodevelopmental and acquired mental health issues.
