Diana has over 30 years’ experience in private practice working with individuals (aged 16 years and over) and couples. She provides evidence-based therapy in a warm, caring, client-centred and practical way. Diana helps clients to identify what they want to change, to build on their existing strengths, and to develop practical strategies to achieve meaningful and lasting improvements. Clients’ areas of concern include Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Grief and Loss, Self-esteem Issues, Interpersonal, Relationship and Communication Issues, Stress Management, Work-related Stressors, Work-life Balance, Trauma and PTSD.

Diana underpins her approach to help clients achieve positive outcomes by using Solution- focused Therapy (SFT), integrating other evidence-based therapeutic strategies, as needed. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy strategies.

Diana has extensive experience supporting adults through a broad range of personal, relationship and workplace challenges. Her professional background is particularly valuable for clients experiencing work-related issues, including workplace conflict, bullying, communication difficulties, career transitions, organisational change and work-life balance concerns.

Prior to entering private practice, Diana held senior executive and consulting roles in human resources, organisational development and change management. She has extensive experience investigating workplace bullying and harassment complaints, is a formally trained mediator, holds a Juris Doctor and a PhD in Law, and has a growing interest in the psychological impact of artificial intelligence on knowledge workers’ wellbeing.

Diana also provides therapeutic mediation for couples and individuals experiencing interpersonal conflict, helping them work collaboratively towards practical and constructive outcomes.

In summary, Diana draws on both her professional expertise and life experience, working with clients of all ages, including older adults, who are navigating significant life decisions and transitions. She supports clients through periods of change with empathy, practical guidance and evidence-based therapeutic strategies.
