Merav is a Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years of experience. She works with adults experiencing trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties in relationships – both with others and with themselves.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a psychodynamic understanding of the human psyche and shaped by the belief that our early and past experiences influence us in powerful ways, often outside of conscious awareness.
In addition to her clinical endorsement, Merav has completed three years of advanced training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) – an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach designed to uncover and heal the emotional roots of psychological distress. This evidence-based approach goes beyond symptom management, promoting enduring emotional growth, increased psychological flexibility, and a stronger capacity for healthy relationships.
Merav’s therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, clear, and genuine. She creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly seen, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
