
Emily is a clinical psychologist with experience working with adults in both private practice and inpatient mental health and addiction settings. Emily strives to create a warm and accepting environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. While fostering this supportive environment, she also encourages growth by thoughtfully challenging clients to help them make the changes they seek.
With training in EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and schema therapy, Emily tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, supporting them in exploring their experiences and developing greater self-understanding. She is passionate about helping clients develop practical skills and strategies to apply in their daily lives, fostering meaningful and lasting change.
