Anna is a compassionate registered psychologist with nearly 14 years of experience, currently focusing on therapeutic work with adults navigating life’s complexities, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and complex trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, existential concerns, migratory grief, cultural adjustment, and stress management.

As an immigrant herself, Anna brings deep empathy for the challenges of adapting to and finding belonging in a new culture. She warmly welcomes individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and all identities, offering a space that is LGBTQIA+ friendly and neurodiversity affirming.
