Paola Vacarez is a registered psychologist who is passionate about supporting people to feel heard, understood, and empowered in their journey of growth and healing. She provides a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore challenges, strengthen their emotional wellbeing, and find new ways of coping.

Paola has over 14 years of experience across private practice, group practice, and community settings. She has advanced training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), and is also experienced in Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

She works with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, stress, addictions, complex trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), borderline personality disorder (BPD) grief and loss, adjustment to life transitions, relationship and family difficulties, low self-esteem and anger management issues.

Paola is committed to walking alongside clients with warmth and curiosity, helping them build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move towards meaningful change.
