Grant has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Deakin University and has many years of experience working in both private practice and health rehabilitation settings using best practice Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); and Positive Psychology. He specializes in Mindfulness and quality of life skills coaching. Grant works with adults of all ages. His areas of interest include stress, worry, fear, and anxiety management; personal and inter-personal effectiveness; personal development; and enhancing quality of life (creativity, happiness, meaning, resilience, and optimal experience). His passion is working with creative people to assist them to cope with stress and anxiety and to maximize their creative potential.
