Sarah Moss is an AHPRA registered general psychologist. She completed her Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology at Australian Catholic University and completed her training undertaking the  4+2 internship program with the Psychology Board of Australia. Prior to completing her studies in Psychology, Sarah worked as an inclusive education teacher in a secondary school setting. She has worked across educational settings for over 8 years, working for 5 years as a psychologist in a Prep – Year 12 college.

Sarah sees children and young people and their families from 10 – 25 years old. She utilises a range of approaches in her practice including play therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and solution focused therapy. Sarah is a warm and dynamic therapist who is dedicated to helping clients feel supported, valued and understood. She is passionate about optimising the mental health and overall wellbeing of her clients and supporting them in learning the skills needed to cope with their individual needs and challenges.

Sarah is happy to work closely with caregivers and schools to ensure there is a collaborative approach to supporting young people. Her extensive experience in the school environment and of the education system is valuable to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Sarah works with clients presenting with a range of concerns including:
